We'll send you a checklist a week before we come out that gives you some tips for how to stage and clean rooms so that we can get the best possible images and video. It's also extremely helpful if at least one staff member can help us work around the residents.

It's a great idea, especially if some are willing to appear on camera, either as part of the regular footage we'll shoot or in a video testimonial. If you don't already include media releases as part of your admissions packet, we can provide you with a sample media release that you can give residents and their families before we come out.

After your shoot, figure on 7-10 days for editing.

We'll provide the footage in a shared drive link (typically Google Drive) that you can access at any time. You'll receive the photos in a high-resolution raster format like .PNG and the video in a widely-used format like .mp4 (or comparable). 360° tours will be provided as a script that you can embed on your website, landing pages, or elsewhere.

This offer applies to new clients only. Booking requires a signed agreement and a 25% deposit to hold the date, with the balance due upon delivery of final assets. Please let us know at least 5 business days in advance if you need to reschedule; late cancellations forefeit the deposit. The shoot needs to be completed by June 30, 2026 to qualify for the promotional rate. We retain the right to use any content we produce in our own portfolio.
