The Client

Evolve Senior Living is a client of our partner agency, Entyre Solutions, which provides sales and leadership consulting and marketing services to senior living companies.

The company manages six beautiful communities located across Illinois, Missouri, Ohio, Colorado, and Kansas.

Evolve prides itself on high standards for resident care. One of their biggest selling points is staff tenure. At many locations, it's not uncommon to find employees who have been caring for residents for 5-10 years or more.

The Problem

In an industry where every company recycles the same phrases—"resort-style living," "peace of mind," "personalized care"—Evolve needed a way to stand out.

We were asked to help out their Lake Zurich, Illinois community. Located along a busy throughfare in Lake County, this recently-renovated community has a strong local reputation.

With Entyre handling staff coaching, collateral creation, and digital ads, we focused on ways that we could help Evolve highlight what makes their communities unique.

The Solution

In January 2026, our team drove out to Lake Zurich to conduct a full-day photo and video shoot. We had three main goals: showcase their newly-renovated common areas and model apartment, shoot a library of videos that could be made into ads and web / social content, and shoot testimonials from residents and staff.

Shooting senior living communities can be tricky because you're disrupting the normal routine of the residents and care staff. Thankfully, our experience in this industry combined with expert help from the on-site Evolve team meant that we were able to get all the content we needed.

In addition to taking regular stills of their common areas and rooms, we used our 360° camera to create a virtual building tour for their website and landing pages.

We shot entrance videos for each of their main areas, along with some great footage of their activities director having a sing-a-long with the residents in their spacious theater.

Finally, we interviewed 3 residents and 1 staff member about their experiences with Evolve, editing them into short 2-3 minute clips that can be used on their website and linked to in e-mail follow-ups to prospective families.
